Visitors / workmen using our lane, which is one way, are being misdirected to an 'exit only' entrance by their sat navs. Whose responsibilty is it ? Local Authority, Highways Dept , Sat Nav producers or Ordnance Survey . Whose data is the definitive one. How can we report it? Even our own sends us to the wrong entrance!
How does one report a mapping mistake on car satellite navigation systems?
Try ringing the publisher or manufactor of the roadmap/ satnav system.
Other than that, perhaps Main Roads Department???
Reply:I have found one but nobody wants to know, they don't want to admit their mistakes.
Reply:If there is a road sign that cleary says no entry then it's the driver's fault.
