Survey: Have you ever locked yourself out of the car?

It happened to me earlier today, I went down to the store, and I forgot the keys in the car :[

I've locked myself out of my car more times than I can count. One time, and I have no idea why I did this, I locked the door and as I was shutting it I just threw my keys on the drivers seat. No clue what I was thinking there.
Reply:I did that a few weeks ago. It's always kinda embarassing...but it's alright if there's somewhere to wait. I got locked out of my car at the mall so I had a lot to do while I waited to have my extra set of keys brought to me. :)
Reply:Yes. I got out of the car, locked the door, put the keys into my jacket pocket, then decided it was hot and put the jacket back in the car. DUUUUMB!
Reply:well i dont have a car so i have never done it to my car. i have locked my moms keys inside her car though. oops.
Reply:A long time ago and I learned my lesson , now I make sure I have the keys in my hand before I exit my vehicle. Than I put it in my handbag.
Reply:when i was a little kid, i locked me and my mom out of the car hehe...she was SO mad...
Reply:i locked my dad out of his truck. but i can't drive, so i have never locked myself out of my own vehicle
Reply:More than once, after that I carry a spare key in my wallet.
